  • Garbage

Trying to use this app to add iPads to Apple School Manager.4 hours later I have completed one iPad. Error after error after error after error. Then I was finally successful with that first iPad and I moved on to the second iPad, and once again it's nothing but error after error after error after error.Hours and hours of wasted time. All because Apple was too lazy to add the devices, purchased from an Apple Store to the Apple School Manager account.
  • Big Sur UI is weird

    By mario.guzman
The new toolbar in Big Sur is so weird. I have to turn on the labels since there is no color anymore and that makes the icons even smaller. This new UI isn't user friend with people with glasses/bifocals. *Sigh*
  • This is a tool. Not a replacement for MDM.

    By schneidly
Don't be fooled. This is not Apple's version of an MDM. It's a tool to use on a few iPads to assist in some light configuration. DO NOT PLAN TO USE THIS TO MANAGE OVER 10 iOS DEVICES. You'll be asking to build a house with nothing more than a hammer. Find a good inexpensive MDM like Mosyle or the like. Use this if needed to troubleshoot or automate the use of such an MDM.One wish is that when error messages come up. It would be helpful if they were more descriptive.
  • Truly awful

    By bearaa90
I downloaded this just to reorder and reorganize my iPhone home screens (there really should be a way to do this efficiently on the iPhone), and this software is completely buggy and horrible. Literally does not work, and now my home screens are all screwed up. Thanks Apple.
  • Rearranging apps for me was easy

    By Dom18pars
Not sure about the negative reviews. I downloaded this to organize and arrange my apps and it was extremely easy. I definitely was worried based on the other reviews but it honestly was simple. Perhaps the new ios14 or Big Sur is what fixed the problems? I'm running both. Anyhow I recommend this if you hate the process of rearranging apps on yoru phone.
  • Worst App I've Ever Used In 20yrs Of IT

    By Run Away... Seriously
I'm not trying to be mean but Apple has seriously dropped the ball on this one. I fight it constantly and it takes forever to do the simplest things. You have to force quit it for almost everything. I have worked with this from several devices and different locations and the story is always the same. Useless. It even hangs on exporting device information. How much simpler can you get? We are switching to JAMF next year and I can't wait. This is down right embarrassing for Apple. I've spent hours with tech support too. They can never figure out their own stuff either. I have to go force quit it right now as it got stuck again on restoring an iPad.With all that said when it used to work (2015) it wasn't that bad but now just don't even try it. Really, don't try it.... Run away.
  • Loved the App until the update

    By DinkinFlikka
For some reason we used to see all of our iPads by port number in our powersync carts. Since the last update its all gone. We can no longer sort by port number at all and they don't even appear. This takes a lot of functionality out of this app for me.
  • Terrible

    By Keith Bedford
I have never written a review but this one is so terrible I had to chime in. It was a complete waste of my time. Come on Apple, restore the feature to iTunes so something like this isnt needed in the first place.
  • Seriously??

    By roneubanks
This must be a cruel joke by Apple, now that IOS14 has created so much frustration. What happened....did the iTunes developer die? I wish this could be rated lower than one star. Apple has failed me once again....but, possibly for the last time.
  • This App froze my Iphone

    By AriesPisces
I connected my iphone to my desktop so Configurator 2 would help me arrange my many icons and instead, the program froze my phone and now I have to go into Apple support in person to have my currently useless phone repaired. Beyond a waste!
